Four in the Fall

One sweet little four-year-old enjoying a warm Fall day. These pictures were taken in record time...quick and to the point. Planned picture taking is hard to come by around here right now, but we had fun. My little girl is growing up right before my eyes. She wants to be big...she talks like a teenager sometimes, loves to put on make-up and will try anything. I will try to soak up her four-year-old moments, for they are quickly passing us by. But when I see this little baby face it reminds me that yes... she's still my little girl...for such a time as this. Our little social butterfly...wherever we go, she usually knows every one's name by the time we leave.
So happy, so funny, so absolutely undeniably full of life and love!

So brave.

So helpful and encouraging.

So sweet!
That's my Kaiya!

Lord, I come to you in Jesus' name and give Kaiya to You. I'm convinced that You alone know what is best for her. You alone know what she needs.

Thank You , Lord, for the precious gift of this child. Because Your Word says that every good gift comes from You, I know that You have given her to me to care for and raise. Help me to do that. Help me to live in the joy and peace of knowing that You are in control. I rely on You for everything, and this day I trust my child to You and release her into Your hands.

In Jesus Name,

Amen
